Free Trial – More Info
The 247Backup Free Trial lasts for a period of 14 consecutive days. You can store up to 50mb of data in total when using a trial account – remember that if your initial backup is 45mb, you will only have 5mb of space left for the rest of your trial. Once you have reached the 50mb limit, 247Backup will be unable to complete any more backups, so use the trial carefully!
The free trial is for 1 computer. If you wish to use 247Backup on more than one machine you set this up when you subscribe, so that you have one main account with a number of users. This is also a more cost effective way of backing up a number of pc’s, laptops and servers than creating separate accounts for each separate machine. If, however, a number of users want to trial 247Backup before subscribing with one account, this is perfectly acceptable.
If you have any problems with your trial account, simply go to www.247backup.co.uk/support, click on Submit a Query and fill in the online form. The query will be given a ticket number which will be emailed back to you. Tickets will be dealt with in order of receipt, and will all be responded to by our support team within one working day.
If you loose any data that you have backed up as part of your free trial, you can restore it quickly and easily within the trial period. Just open up 247Backup, click on the Restore tab, select the files you wish to reinstate, and click on the ‘Restore Now’ button.
The 247Backup trial incorporates all the features and benefits of the full subscription service – including security. Your data is subject to exactly the same compression and encryption methods used in the full version, and will be stored on exactly the same servers. The data you backup as part of your trial will be deleted from our servers as soon as your 14 day trial period is over. If you wish to subscribe to 247Backup you can do so at any point prior to the end of the trial, or alternatively you can go to www.247backup.co.uk/purchase, and click on Buy Now.
